The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA, vercel.com). The database runs on Supabase, with servers in Frankfurt (EU).

LetzFlat collects rental listings from public portals and shows them in brief, with a link to the source. Listings, photos and descriptions belong to the portals and the authors of the listings. We are not an estate agency, we do not rent out property and we take no part in the transaction between tenant and landlord.

Some links to Booking.com are affiliate links: if you book through them, the platform pays us a commission, and your price does not change.
